Monday through Friday your call will be answered between 9:00 a.m.
and 12:00 Noon. Service must be requested three days in advance to
allow for volunteer coordination. |

It is possible that we may be on another call or attending to a current need. The answering service will record
your message. Clearly state your name, address, and phone number. |

State your need: the day of the week, date, time, and the destination location of your specific service request. |

For medical appointments, include the name of the doctor and clinic and amount of time anticipated. |

Please indicate whether you are requesting round trip or one way. |

If you have multiple transportation requests for the day you are requesting services, include them in your
request so that we may schedule volunteer time appropriately. |

After we receive your request we contact volunteers to determine their availability to meet your need. |

When a volunteer is identified you will be notified by a call from our office. |
|

 |
Usually the day before the appointment the volunteer will call to introduce him/herself,
confirm times, and to ask for any clarification for directions to your home. |
